Vanessa Leon serves as the Women’s Ministry Director at The Rock of Roseville, where she creates spaces for women to grow, connect, and be equipped in their faith. Through gatherings like breakfasts and book studies, she loves helping women step into freedom and live fully for the Lord. What she values most about The Rock is the genuine family atmosphere and the shared hunger for God’s presence.

Vanessa and her husband found The Rock in 2013 after the birth of their first son, looking for a church that was both family-centered and Spirit-led, and it quickly felt like home. Since then, it’s been a place where they’ve planted roots and flourished. Today, she’s raising four boys, homeschooling, and working alongside her husband in real estate, something she genuinely loves doing together.

Outside of ministry, Vanessa’s life is full and active. Between sports with her boys, workouts, and weekly date nights, trying new restaurants, there’s always something going on. She enjoys being outside, especially gardening with a good cup of coffee in hand, and loves reading with purpose. Known for her sense of humor and spontaneous dance parties with her kids, Vanessa brings joy and authenticity wherever she goes.
