I think the greatest fear people wrestle with is the fear of letting go of this way of thinking that's been a security for so long. Often people feel more secure with fear even if it's hurting them because at least they know what to expect. 

The opposite of ADDICTION is CONNECTION

No one can cause me to be angry - that is a choice that my heart makes... so I can choose to let anger go.
