Spirit of  Love | Rebecca Hoehne

"For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control." - 2 Timothy 1:7 

"There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love." - 1 John 4:18

Does your emotional health match your spiritual maturity?

Are you getting your emotional needs met by your successes in life, or from your relationships at home?

"Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul and with all your mind." - Matthew 22:37

Trauma A = Absence of good things (food, safety, shelter, etc.)
Trauma B= Bad things happen to us (divorce, death, disaster, etc.) 

Trauma blocks love. Love heals trauma.

My pain might not be my fault, but healing is 100% my responsibility.
