Kary Faria serves as the Men’s Ministry Director at The Rock of Roseville, where he helps create spaces for men to connect, grow, and build meaningful relationships. For Kary, men’s ministry is about much more than planning events. He wants men to have a place where they can be real with one another, build trust, and move from simply showing up to becoming genuinely connected. He especially loves seeing men grow in confidence and step into stronger leadership in their faith, families, and everyday lives.

Kary first came to The Rock in 2003 after his wife invited him to check out the church. They quickly fell in love with the community and have called The Rock home ever since. Over the years, Kary has seen God change people from the inside out, and some of his favorite moments are watching someone move from feeling closed off or stuck to discovering purpose, faith, and a desire to lead well. In his own life, God has been placing Kary in situations that continually challenge him to rely more fully on Him.

Outside of church, Kary loves spending time with his family and friends. Music is a big part of his life, and he enjoys playing whenever he gets the chance. He’s also a golfer and is always happy to spend some time out on the course.
