Jacob Erickson serves as the Worship Director at The Rock of Roseville, where he helps lead and develop the worship ministry. Beyond leading worship, Jacob has a heart for investing in people and helping them recognize and grow in the gifts God has placed within them. He loves watching people overcome fear, step into their potential, and use their gifts to advance the Kingdom.

Jacob found The Rock after stepping away from a previous ministry position and looking for a place where he could simply be, grow, and experience the presence of God. He found that at The Rock, along with a community that became family. In this season, God continues to challenge Jacob to grow and shift his perspective, both personally and as a leader.

Outside of church, Jacob works in software sales and enjoys staying active, working out, and spending time on the golf course. And when it comes to food, there’s no need to overcomplicate things. Give him a good steak and he’s set.
